Fundraising

Like most Catholic Schools, Our Lady Queen of Peace faces the challenge of succeeding in an increasingly competitive educational marketplace. With tuition and fees covering just a portion of the cost of a student's education, the school relies on support from parishioners, alumni, parents, and friends to help bridge the gap between tuition income and growing financial demands. This can be accomplished by contributing your time, your resources, and your prayers to our many fundraising efforts.

Auction

The biggest fundraising event of the year is our spring auction. This huge effort raises in excess of $30,000 for the school. There are several live and silent auction items up for bid, in addition to raffles and other great prizes.

SCRIP

Scrip cards may be purchased at school or church offices and are used as you would use any gift card. OLQP receives a percentage of purchases made with SCRIP cards. Parents can reduce tuitiion if they purchase $3,000 of SCRIP per year.

Box Tops for Education

Parents are encouraged to save and send in all General Mills Box Tops. The school collects these and receives two checks from General Mills per year depending on how many box tops we are able to send in.
