Mrs Tracy Wiggenhorn,  PK3-8th Music

Tracy grew up in Bethalto, where she attended Zion Lutheran School and Civic Memorial High School. Her love of music began at the age of six, when she began taking piano lessons. This led to ongoing involvement in music activities throughout her life, including choir, praise band, and pianist/accompanist for various schools and churches. She earned her Bachelor of Science in social work from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in 1992. Throughout her previous career as a case manager, behavior specialist, and administrator, she spent eleven years working with adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. While raising her three sons, she worked at Zion Lutheran School as a piano instructor and a middle school choir director as she completed her Master of Arts in teaching from Greenville College.  After graduating in 2010, she spent eleven years as a preschool director and teacher at Faith Lutheran Church and Preschool. Excited to combine her love for music and teaching, she joined the OLQP faculty in 2020. Tracy currently lives in Alton with her husband, Matt, and enjoys cooking, hiking, and traveling.
